Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Soundtrip collects and how it is used.

Who we are

Soundtrip("we", "us") operates this website, which helps people discover concerts and plan trips around them. You can reach us at hello@soundtrip.rocks.

Information we collect

You can browse Soundtrip without creating an account, and we do not ask for personal details to use the site. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the service secure and reliable.

If we add analytics in future, we will use it only to understand aggregate, anonymised usage (for example, which concerts are popular) — never to identify you personally — and we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Cookies

We aim to keep cookies to a minimum, and currently do not set tracking cookies of our own. Third-party providers you click through to (such as ticketing, hotel or transport sites) may set their own cookies once you are on their site — those are governed by their privacy policies.

Affiliate links & third parties

Soundtripcontains affiliate links. When you click a "Get tickets", "Book" or "Buy" button and complete a purchase on a partner's site, we may earn a commission. To make that possible, partners may record that the visit came from us. This costs you nothing and does not give us access to your payment details.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. As we collect little to no personal data, this usually will not apply — but you can always contact us at hello@soundtrip.rocks with any request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service grows. We will revise the "last updated" date above whenever we do.
